Creator Factory sells digital access to a creator workflow product that turns rough ideas into reusable production packets. Paid access may include the Creator plan, Founder Pass, credit packs, and optional studio services. All public prices are listed in USD.

Creator Factory is a digital product. Access is delivered through your Creator Factory account or checkout email after payment is completed. No physical goods are shipped.

The Founder Pass is a one-time $99.99 purchase while the capped Founder window is open. It includes the highest self-serve workspace, a Founder number, badge, and avatar frame. It does not include unlimited media generation or custom studio services.

Your plan includes builds, refreshes, and idea sparks first. Purchased credits stay in your balance until you use them. Credits can add extra packet builds, section refreshes, idea sparks, existing-work analysis, or media jobs when those tools are available. If a paid extra does not produce a usable result, the credit should be returned.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel before the next billing period through account billing tools or by contacting support. Canceling stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Beta pricing stays attached to a subscription only while it remains active — a canceled subscription that returns later starts at the then-current price.

Subscription payments are not refunded once a billing period has started, including when you cancel partway through the month — canceling stops the next renewal instead. If a payment is duplicated, accidental, or access does not work, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will review it in good faith. Studio services, custom work, and heavily used digital access may have separate terms shown before payment.

Founder pricing, discounts, limited spots, and access windows can change as the product grows. Promotional terms shown at checkout control the specific purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Creator Factory does not store full card numbers. Stripe checkout can support major payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover where available.
